iRobotics continued its encouragement of STEM in the local community at Franklin Middle School! Students had to work together in teams to build a tower out of straws and masking tape and the only tools they were given were scissors. Their objective was to support a tennis ball as high off the table as possible. Of course, iRobotics members were there to give them tips and pointers as they went along. Some teams had some really unique ideas and the highest tower reached over 50 cm! Way to go, everyone!
