iRobotics ran a FIRST Lego League Scrimmage on Saturday 11/12/2016 on the University of Illinois campus. We had two competition tables and one practice table. Teams had the opportunity to run their robots on actual fields. In addition, they watched a winning legacy robot to give them ideas to tackle their upcoming engineering challenges! iRobotics members came out to referee the event and to help teams with their robot designs. Overall, it was a great time and the students learned a ton about robots and engineering.
