On February 22nd iRobotics participated in Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, an outreach event to expose High School girls to engineering which was coordinated by the Society of Women Engineers. We had a booth with information on our society and the collegiate level robotics competitions that we participate in. We also brought our Vex robots for demonstrations and the participants got to try out the robots too. Overall it was a great outreach event, and we were even voted as one of the best booths at the event!
